Library's Mission Statement
Otonas and Raimonda Balčiūnai Library exists to support the mission and vision of LCC. It provides access to resources and services which support and enhance the academic program, as well as contribute to the personal enrichment of the international LCC community.

Otonas and Raimonda Balčiūnai Library
The LCC library plays a key role in students' educational experience. It serves as an extension to classroom instruction by providing resources and services for research projects, term papers, presentations, and personal growth.

The current library occupies the 3rd floor of the LCC International University building. The new facilities opened for students and staff in January, 2000. The library contains nearly 900 square meters. Study carrels throughout the library allow each student to have his/her own table for studying.

The library is equipped with a copying machine and 4 computers for patrons' use. Computers have access to the INTERNET, so students can search an online databases, various encyclopedias and library's catalogs.

The library provides a variety of resources, including books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, CD-ROM databases, and curriculum textbooks. It houses a collection of over 20,000 English volumes. An automated circulation system provides access to the holdings. The library collection is open to the students for browsing at any time during library hours.
