LCC international university accepts applications for admission and financial aid from students of all nationalities and religious backgrounds who are interested in studying and living in an international learning community. Due to LCC's mission and vision, priority for admission is given in all cases to students from Eastern European and CIS countries.

LCC international university is a simple and easy process:
- APPLICATION FORM - download and complete the forms in the
application package and sign the statement indicating your agreement with institutional policy. Each application is considered on an individual basis, so please submit any additional information about yourself and your achievements you believe may be helpful.
- ESSAYS - write and include 200-300 word typed essays on the following topics:
- Please describe life experiences or people who have been most influential and significant in shaping you to be the person you are today.
- How does your choice to attend LCC International University contribute to your personal and career goals?
- OPTIONAL: Choose one of the following statements. Write a brief essay in which you agree or disagree with the statement and why.
- “To truly understand your own culture—no matter how you define it—requires personal knowledge of at least one other culture, one that is distinctly different from your own."
- "Most people think that their deeply held values are the result of rational choice, but reason often has little to do with the way people form values."
- "People work more productively in teams than individually. Teamwork requires cooperation, which motivates people much more than individual competition does."
- REFERENCES - submit two references from people familiar with your character and academic background. The reference forms should be submitted in an envelope with the referee’s signature across the seal.
- ENGLISH TEST - since LCC International University uses English as the language of instruction and communication, it is important to receive proof of your English proficiency.

*TOEFL is also offered at LCC International University (for applicants from the EU, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine). The cost for taking the institutional TOEFL test (the score would only be valid for your application to LCC) is 180 LTL (52 euros), the cost for the official internet based TOEFL - 130 USD. It is possible to retake the institutional test if your score isn't high enough.
The language requirement may be waived for the following reasons:
- You are a citizen of Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, Canada, the U.S. or New Zealand.
- You have studied in one of the above mentioned countries within the last 2 years and have a good academic record.
- You have participated in the FLEX program
- You have graduated or will graduate from an IB school.
- TRANSCRIPTS - submit transcripts of your last three years of high school, high school diploma or university transcripts. The average GPA (Grade Point Average) of incoming students in 2008/2009 was 8/10. Please note that we require a high school diploma before students can enroll at LCC International University.
LCC International University reserves the right to revoke an admissions decision if the grades on the high school diploma are significantly below previous averages or if students fail their high school exams. The diploma is also a chance for those whose high school grades were not good enough for admission to LCC International University. If the grades improved sufficiently during high school exams, we will take the results into consideration for admission.
- APPLICATION FEE - transfer a non-refundable application fee of 50 LTL (15 euros).

Please make sure your bank transfer includes the following information:
- Your full name
- The amount of the payment
- A description of the payment (Admission application fee for Name Surname)
Please keep the bank slip for yourself as a proof of the payment.
- Include a certificate of computer proficiency (Kompiuterinio raštingumo testas) if possible.
- Lithuanian males need to be registered with compulsory Lithuanian army service in the territory they live in order to attend LCC International University and must provide the confirmation together with the application (Karo prievolės įstatymas, 29 str. 5 punktas).
DORMITORY APPLICATION PROCEDURES
To apply for university housing at LCC International University, please fill out the University Housing Application Form and mail it to the Admissions Office with the entire application package.

ADMISSION PROCESS AND CRITERIA
After reviewing your application, the Admissions Committee will schedule a personal or phone interview with you as part of the admissions process.
Application files are scored according to the following criteria:

Depending on your total admissions score, the Committee will decide if you will be invited to attend LCC International University. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission to LCC. An official letter will inform you of your admission status. If admitted you will be required to submit a 400 LTL (116 €) enrollment deposit by July 15 to reserve your place in class.
